Franchise Opportunity

HomeWorx™ candidates must be willing to devote at least one year to starting and managing their franchises. Additionally:

1. Previous building industry background is highly recommended, but not required.
2. Previous business experience, franchise ownership or service industry experience is highly recommended.
3. Candidates must be able to open and commence operations within 90 days of franchise agreement execution.
4. It is strongly suggested that candidates have a minimum of $50,000 liquid start-up capital available. Up to $125,000 may be needed in rapid growth situations.
